More Cumberland Island

Hi again. I'm playing with a new camera; retro and cool if you are into it.  I'll post a few pics.  This one from our walk to the beach at Cumberland Island.

Cumberland Island

Sammy & I take a hike through the woods to the beach from the anchorage at Plum Orchard. This is a special place.

Charleston to Cumberland Island

We leave Charleston and go outside. 27 hrs, 179 NM later we are at anchor at Plum Orchard, Cumberland Island, GA.  The weather was good. Beautiful, if not spectacular, sunrise off the coast of Georgia.  Agreed?

Charleston, SC

No trip up or down the coast would be complete without a stop here.  We just love the town.  Karen & Esa join us for a few days and a great time!  We meet up with 'Steadfast' and 'Almost Perfect' and we all have dinner at Magnolias. If you stop here check out "The Gin Joint" but be careful!
